To order your Xapo Debit Card, go to your main wallet and click on "Get Yours" on the upper left hand side. If you cannot see this icon in your main wallet, unfortunately we cannot issue cards in your country.
Once you click on the button, you will be taken through a sequence of steps to complete your card order. Please note that you must have sufficient funds in bitcoin in your main wallet to complete your card order - remember to check the fee schedule.
Standard card deliveries usually take about 10-15 days within Europe, and 20-35 days outside of Europe (depending on your local postal service). Expedited shipping (tracking ID included) is provided by DHL and takes a maximum of 7 days.

These are the minimum requirements for all customers. Xapo may have to ask for more information depending on certain risk factors, actions performed within an account (such as buying bitcoin) and/or to comply with applicable regulations in certain jurisdictions.
Users that do not want to comply with these requirements have the option to close the account and have the funds sent elsewhere. If worried about sharing your information with us, dont worry! Rest assured, all of your information is just as safe as your bitcoin!
We now provide all customers with dynamic bitcoin addresses for their Xapo Wallet. This is designed to provide more privacy to our users by generating a new wallet address each time funds are received. Any previous addresses generated (including your original) can still receive bitcoins and will be linked to the same Xapo Wallet. But now you can choose to provide a new address following each transaction, so your private balances are not publicly visible.
It's important to understand how Xapo sends funds on behalf of our users to ensure that any refunds you are expecting back to you truly reach your Xapo account.
All wallet or vault addresses that are displayed within your Xapo account are receive-only addresses. Xapo uses a collection of Xapo-owned bitcoin addresses in order to send funds on behalf of our users. For that reason, Xapo bitcoin sending addresses are not designed to receive bitcoin for Xapo users. Any funds sent back to Xapo sending addresses would be sent to Xapo, not your own wallet.
It's important to know that Xapo does not charge any fee to transfer funds internally between wallets held in different currencies! There is only the exchange rate between the currencies. For example, if you're transferring EUR to your USD wallet, you will see what the current exchange rate between the two currencies is underneath the amount that you state you'd like to transfer:
Therefore, Xapo charges no fee when transferring funds from one currency to another - there is just the exchange rate between the two currencies!
