What do I do if I'm unable to upload my verification documents?

If your phone is not responding while trying to upload your documents using your Xapo app, please try the following steps:

Camera Settings

File Size

  • Make sure your pictures are not larger than 5MB in size, or you won't be able to send them. If that is the case, reduce the camera resolution.
  • Images with a file size larger than 5MB won't upload. You can reduce your camera resolution settings or you can check the size of your file and reduce it using your image editor.

 

 
If your web browser is not responding while you try to upload your documents or if you receive an error message in return, please try the following steps:

Adblocker

  • Disable any adblocker you may have installed during the procedure.

Web browser used
