Can I add money through a payment method in someone else's name or account?

All payment methods used to add money (whether it be a bank account, credit card, or online payment processor) must be under the same name as the name registered with your Xapo account.

We will reject the processing of your funds if they are sent from an account that is NOT in your name.

If your funds are rejected due to the reason above, you will have to cover any costs issued by the processor to return them. Thus, please always make sure to verify that you are adding money through accounts only in your name.
