What is Second-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Second-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security process that requires two means of identification in order to access the web browser version of your account. This extra measure of security is automatically enabled on all accounts to prevent unwanted access to your Xapo account.

Upon logging into your account, you will need to obtain the 6-digit 2FA code from your Xapo app. Keep in mind that your 2FA code is separate from your other passcodes, such as your PIN or password.
