If you need assistance with your Institutional account, you can select the Contact us link at the bottom of this article (or any FAQ article) to reach our support team. Alternatively, you can also contact us directly through the Xapo app.

How to contact Xapo support using the Xapo app (Android and iPhone)

1. Open the Xapo app and log in to your account.

  • Tap your avatar photo to access your settings.
  • Scroll down and select Contact us to continue.

2. Select I'm part of an institution.

  • On the next screen, pick the topic that best applies to you.
  • Tap Contact us to proceed.

3. Describe your issue within your message.

When submitting your form, please follow our guidelines shown below. This will help you receive a much better experience and assistance from us:

  • Be brief and concise as possible.
  • Provide all and any relevant details.
  • Attach any documents/images if needed.
  • Do not submit more than one ticket for the same issue.

Once you submit your ticket, you will receive an acknowledgment email. One of our dedicated Institutional support agents will then respond to you within 24 hours!

How to contact Xapo support through an FAQ article
