WELCOME TO XAPO SUPPORT

Once your institution’s wallet has been created, any assigned ‘admin’ or the ‘owner’ can add funds for the Institutional Wallet. If you haven’t yet completed the phone and identity verification process, you will be required to do so before initiating the wire transfer.


On the main Xapo screen after logging-in, click the red “Add Funds” button in the middle of the page. You will be asked for whom you’d like to add funds for, your personal Xapo Wallet, or your institution’s wallet. 

 

Wiring funds to your personal Xapo wallet must be done from a personal bank account, while funds for the institution’s wallet should be from a corporate bank account.
