If you still remember your PIN and simply want to change it, you can change your PIN directly in your account Security Settings.


However, if you forgot and no longer have access to your 4-digit PIN number to log in to your Xapo account, the steps below will show you how you can reset your PIN.


 At the login page
  • enter your email address associated with your Xapo account
  • at the bottom of the page, click on Forgot your PIN?

Once you clicked, an email will be sent to your registered email address with a 5-character verification code.

Make sure not to leave this page and please check your email using a different tab.




 Check your inbox for the most recent verification code email.
  • Click on Set new PIN

If you haven't received our email with your verification code, make sure to verify your Spam folder.




 You'll now be able to reset and create your new 4-digit PIN.
  • click Save & Log In to validate
