Incoming transactions from an external wallet to your Xapo BTC wallet are free up to a minimum amount received.

For small transactions, however, a transaction fee will apply so as to cover the transaction cost of the bitcoin network. This processing fee will be automatically deducted from the respective transaction.

So if you are sending satoshi, or bits, to your Xapo account, make sure you cover the sufficient amount to avoid transaction costs as these will be deducted from your deposit.

Since the cost to process both incoming and outgoing transactions via the bitcoin network is continuously changing, we strongly encourage you to check our fee page beforehand.

Xapo will always update the fee as well as the minimum amount to receive from an external account without being charged.
