Xapo offers three types of delivery methods for your Xapo ATM Card.

 

All cards are created and dispatched from our card issuer’s facilities 2-3 days after you have completed the order. 

 

Standard Delivery

Your card will arrive in a standard envelope as a normal letter without any tracking information. The card will be sent via Royal Mail, which delivers to your country’s local post service, and is then completely dependent on the processing centers and postal service of your country. Xapo has no control over this type of delivery, and we are not responsible for any delays or cards lost in the mail.

 

Please know that average turnaround time for standard delivery depends on your location and local postal services.

Estimated delivery times are:

 

  • about 2 weeks or less within Europe;
  • about 2 to 8 weeks for outside of Europe.

 

If the card is not delivered within 55 days from when it was dispatched, we highly recommend that you cancel the existing card and order a new card with DHL tracking to guarantee a delivery. 

 

Slow trackable shipping

The tracking code will be sent to you 7-10 days after you have completed the order for your card. You may receive your Xapo ATM Card before you receive the tracking code.

Expedited DHL Delivery Times:

Your card will arrive via expedited DHL delivery with a tracking code so that you can follow your card en route. The tracking code will be sent to you 7-10 days after you have completed the order for your card. You may receive your Xapo ATM Card before you receive the tracking code.

  • 7-10 days

 

It may be that your card will arrive before you have received the DHL tracking code, so we recommend that you check your tracking status as soon as you get the number. If DHL is not able to deliver your card, they will put the shipment on hold. If this is the case, you will need to contact DHL and provide your exact address as soon as possible, because if you do not respond after 2 weeks, they will send your card back to the sender (MyChoice), and at that point, it will not be possible to retrieve your card.
