If your phone is not responding while you try to upload your documents, please try the following steps:

 

  • Camera Settings

Ensure you have enabled your mobile phone camera permission settings.

  • File Size

Make sure your pictures are not larger than 5MB in size, or you won't be able to send them. If that is the case, reduce the camera resolution.

Images with a file size larger than 5MB won't upload. You can reduce your camera resolution settings or you can check the size of your file and reduce it using your image editor.

 

 

 On web browser

If your web browser is not responding while you try to upload your documents or if you receive an error message in return, please try the following steps:

  • Adblocker

Disable any adblocker you may have installed during the procedure.

 

  • Web browser used

If you are using Windows, upload your document using Google Chrome.

If you are using Mac, upload your documents using Mozilla Firefox.

 

  • File Size

Make sure your pictures are not larger than 5MB in size, or you won't be able to send them. If that is the case, reduce the camera resolution.
